India-born Monisha first woman to head F1 team

From Dehradun to the Sauber factory in Hinwil ( Switzerland), it has been a long but rewarding journey for India-bornMonisha Kaltenborn. She has risen steadily to the top in the world of Formula One, which is largely perceived to be a 'man's world'. 

She climbed another rung on the ladder when she became F1's first woman team principal, replacing Peter Sauber.
