Copy protected text on web sites: Is there a way around?

Save As is the best Option :-)

Since these are Macs we're talking about and not PCs, there are a few ways to do it:

Go to the page you want.

Right-click, "Save Page As…"

Save like so,

And then boom, it's plain text.

OR

Go to the page you want.

Crack open the Inspector.

 

Copy, paste.
